Job Description
- Drive the people strategy for Shopee through special projects across the region
- Conceptualise and develop a variety of people-related initiatives based on current and future business needs, in domains including but not limited to: Performance & Rewards, Learning & Organisation Development, Organisation Design, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition
- Research industry best practices and synthesis data to assess feasibility of proposed people-related projects
- Lead and manage high-impact people-related projects end-to-end and interface with multiple stakeholders, including senior management
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Review effectiveness, measure and evaluate impact of initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above. At least 8 years of relevant HR or management consulting experiences in people management and strategy
- Experience in leading organisation-wide talent management/transformation strategy, planning and executions at regional/global level is required
- Strategic thinking: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
- Analytical with strong project management and execution skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, able to work in a dynamic environment and deals with ambiguity
