Full Job Description

Descriptions:

  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients through referrals, industry directories, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
  • Diligently follow up on leads provided by other team members or generated through various company initiatives to maximize sales potential.
  • Regularly engage with existing clients through calls and on-site visits to assess satisfaction levels, introduce new products and services, and ensure ongoing commitment to our offerings.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and ensuring they benefit fully from our product and service portfolio.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and facilitate account growth by consistently delivering value and excellent service.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that reflect an understanding of client needs and market trends to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in chemical industry.
  • Preferably with a class 3 driving license, car allowances will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and customer servicing skill.
