Operations Assistant Manager, Dental Service

Full Job Description

Our healthcare client is looking for an assistant manager to oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, implements strategies to enhance work processes and service quality, and collaborates with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the dental clinic.
• Manage and follow up on feedback and complaints regarding clinical matters, including medico-legal complaints. Coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
• Address and coordinate resolution of various clinical issues, including manpower-related concerns, renovations, inventory control, procurement, dental operations changeover, and oral health promotion.
• Maintain JCI/ISO documents and review, prepare, and update policies, procedures, and work instructions for clinical processes to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports, minutes, and presentation slides, 
• Coordinate meetings and manage the dental intranet.
• Assist Senior Manager and Director in widening the scope of planning for the clinic.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree, with minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in healthcare is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, meticulous, and proactive'
