Office Management (Administration & Office Support)

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in the beauty industry and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing a team, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system efficiently.
• Utilize experience in the beauty industry to effectively manage operations.
• Manage and nurture leads to drive business growth.
• Utilize telemarketing skills to support sales efforts.
• Supervise and coordinate office team activities.
• Handle all general paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Deal with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass matters.
• Manage staff annual leave and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
• Draft and manage employment contracts in accordance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in the beauty industry is essential.
• Proven experience in office management and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of MOM regulations and employment laws.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
