The Opportunity

The Media Executive reports into the Client Director and is responsible for supporting the operational excellence and project management.

  • Create and Cascade consistent processes and systems, ensuring adherence to best practices, SLAs, and KPIs globally.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain a feedback loop between client teams and craft teams in the region.
  • Address and manage crisis in underperforming markets.
  • Monitor market spends and ensure cost savings target are achieved.
  • Coordinate with local markets to provide weekly campaign status updates.
  • Providing support on the operational running of the business
  • Collaborate with the broader team to produce best-in-class operational frameworks simplifying complexity into succinct guardrails and guidelines
  • Set up, monitor, optimize Digital, Search and Social ads together with the Performance team
  • Lead all campaign operational processes and workflow from ad operations to financial tracking
  • Advocate business priorities and gatekeep consistent delivery among local teams across the agency, from annual planning outputs to campaign implementation recommendations and after action reports

Ideally

  • Possess a working experience in media planning, strategy, implementation, trading and buying processes
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and financial acumen
  • Solid understanding in creating and optimizing of audiences across paid and owned media
  • Working technical knowledge of buying and trading tech including ad servers, verification tools and DSPs / DMPs etc
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely with detailed global processes and adherence to key timings
