Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct all office operations.
• Manage and lead sales team to meet or exceed yearly sales and revenue objectives.
• Cultivate new customer relationships, maintain existing ones, and enhance the visibility and sales of the company's products and services in the retail and chain store sectors.
• Actively engage in both immediate and long-range strategic planning to solidify existing markets and identify and tap into new ones.
• Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to management based on evolving market trends. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to guarantee prompt product delivery.
• Work closely with the Finance department to ensure invoices are issued on time and payments are collected efficiently from customers.
• Handle the processing of both purchase and sales transactions.
• Provide periodic reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in retail lighting and chain store.
• Able to work independently.
