Full Job Description

Airswift is seeking to invite an experienced Market Development Manager to handle Digital ID Technology business unit overseeing whole ASEAN market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities across multiple industry verticals including Logistics, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Food and Apparel leading to successful commercialization efforts.
  • Own responsibility for execution and sales results by close collaboration with the commercial front end team and cross BU support.
  • Develop full solutions stack offering (both inhouse and external partnerships) to address targeted Segment Use cases.
  • Work with prospective Brand Owners (clients/customers) to identify unmet needs, and present compelling solutions.
  • Initiate, determine, and present ROI business case analysis to Brand Owners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights as well as global branding trends.
  • Communicate and link key value propositions, differentiators to clients with innovative solutions.
  • Craft customized go-to-market strategies for ASEAN sub-regions, target segments, use cases and individual clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Ability to develop go-to market strategy, as well as execute activities in cross-functional matrix structure.
  • At least 10 years of experience in market development, business development or sales.
  • Detail oriented, project management and communication skills a must.
  • Strong influencing skills and storytelling skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization, ability to gain buy-in from senior-level executives.
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Previous Digital ID technology experience and knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A demonstrated track record in developing and executing new business opportunities.
