Manager, Fund Raising

Full Job Description

• Plan, implement and evaluate fundraising events to continuously improve the effectiveness of the events
• Manage the fundraising team to ensure events are delivered timely and efficiently
• Collaborate with stakeholders on the event positioning for purposes of effective publicity and timely collaterals preparation / production
• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure sustainable finances in alignment with the mission of the company
• Maintain fundraising base and build on existing relationships as well as establish new relationships with donors
• Ensure proper documentation and end of event statement of accounts maintained for audit purposes
• Conduct post event evaluation, documentation and debrief for continuous improvement

• Min 8 -10 years of relevant experience in fund raising / donor engagement / experience in social service industry will be an advantage
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or equivalent 
• A good work attitude, along with initiative and creativity
• More experienced candidates may be considered for a senior position
