• Coordinate and manage the maintenance/ad-hoc works schedule for customers. To update via software for record-keeping.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily maintenance/ad-hoc tasks.
• Communicate with vendors for maintenance and ad-hoc works.
• Attend customer/vendor meetings on-site with the Operations Manager, as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of fire protection equipment/systems and fire alarm systems.
• Possess a strong understanding of fire protection and fire alarm systems, capable of troubleshooting, basic repairs, testing, and commissioning.
• Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical installation, servicing, and maintenance tasks.
• Generate and maintain service reports daily using software.
• Maintain and update the Method Statements and Risk Assessment (MSRA).
• Review reports for any discrepancies and coordinate rectification works resulting from servicing/ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role
• Good communication skills, independent, and a team player
• Able to work in fast-paced environment

Other Information:

• Location: Jurong Island
• Salary up to $4200 (depends on experience) + Bonus
