Job Description:
Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
Liase with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
On-site supervision of work progress
Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage
Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
