Our client, a leading FMCG chain, is seeking a Logistics and Process Improvement Manager to join their team!

Job Scope

• Report directly to the Director of Operations 
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.
• Plan and manage workforce deployment effectively.
• Prepare and deliver reports along with proposed solutions.
• Ensure warehouse safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing warehouse procedures.

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.

Salary: Up to $8,000 + AWS

Location: North East with Transport Provided Islandwide
