Full Job Description

Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Participate in department activities and projects to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Provide recommendation and coordinate necessary modifications based on process analysis/
• In charge of supervising the staff in accordance with the policy and procedure of the company.
• Achieve the department productivity and quality targets.
• In charge of the staff scheduling such as assigning work and rotations, training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for the absence of employees, and shift rotations.
• In charge of the interviews, hiring new operators, and training new employees.
• Develop employee goals and execute employee performance evaluations.
• Guide and provide advice on career development for the staff. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum “O” Level or equivalent
• With 2-4 years of experience as a supervisor role in a Manufacturing Industry. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
