Key Account Manager (Ecommerce)

Job Description

• Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, andpromotions to drive sales for e-Commerce platforms
• Create and update website content, products, images,promotions and banners to ensure the website is kept up to date.
• Responding to enquiries from online customers
• Responsible for daily operations including processing andfulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) andlogistics-related matters
• Ensure stock availability and accuracy across platforms
• Identify opportunities and participate in the development ofnew initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth
• Other administrative duties and special tasks and projectsas assigned

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in ecommerce management and customer service
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,200 per month
