Full Job Description

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

• Day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving issues arises from Jira and Windchill users
• Ensuring Jira and Windchill are up-to-dates by conducting regular maintenance tasks, monitoring system performance and applying upgrades(if applicable)
• Reviewing and approving requests from users
• Submit weekly/monthly progress reports
• Provide training and support for Jira and Windchill users
• Maintaining and update procedures/WIs related to Jira and Windchill applications
• Responsible for maintaining Jira & Windchill in accordance with MSPL’s standards and best practices

MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in any Science / Engineering discipline.
• Min 3 years of experience in a Jira & Windchill Administrator role or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, i.e, Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
• Independent and initiative to develop and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues
• Perform regular backups of Jira & Windchill datas
