Your new company
Our client is key player in the FMCG logistics sector in Singapore, providing comprehensive supply chain solutions including e-commerce, warehousing, distribution, and cold chain solutions. They are undergoing expansion in recent years and are now looking to expand their headcount with an Industrial Engineer (Manager).

Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be ;

· Monitor the progress of automation projects and assess vendor performance to ensure effective implementation of automation strategies.

· Mentor a team to assist in the development of automation solutions and projects.

· Evaluate the systems and procedures within the supply chain and suggest improvements when necessary.

· Develop and execute operational processes to incorporate automation technologies into the operations.

· Provide practical solutions for business needs and demonstrate the ability to address high-level challenges.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders and operators on automation projects to ensure successful implementations.

· Recognize trends, obstacles, and opportunities in automation.

What you'll need to succeed

· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain operations management.

· Prior knowledge of product management, time studies and performance analysis methodologies.

· Experience with modelling/simulation tools would be beneficial.

· Possess a robust understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain.
