IT Executive
Job Description:
- Procure, setup and maintain office IT hardware, equipment and manage inventory
- Liaise with vendor on server maintenance
- Implement
IT system enhancements and modifications and ensure the organization’s
IT
processes align with business goals - Maintain website contents via WordPress
- Update banners, news, products, events and etc.
- Work closely with the marketing team on web marketing campaigns and promotions
- Translate wireframes into web codes
- Plan and manage the development and
maintenance for company websites, applications,
and systems - Come up with specifications
- Localize web contents
- Make changes to existing framework
- Liaise with Japan System Team and Japanese web developers
- Manage the
schedule to ensure development and maintenance are done in a
timely
manner - Manage all IT aspects of employees’ onboarding/offboarding
- Work account creation/deactivation (Email, VPN, etc.)
- Prepare IT equipment
- Provide support to other employees and related parties on system operations
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology or
equivalent - Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, JS and PHP
- Experience with optimization for mobile devices and familiarity with responsive and adaptive methods
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is required
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Proficient in Japanese language skills in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
