  • Engage with end users to accurately capture and refine business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and document detailed functional and technical testing strategies, actively participating in user acceptance testing to ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Development, Organization, Business, and Operations teams to validate functional coverage and test scenarios accurately.
  • Monitor the progress of feature implementations and rollouts, maintaining effective communication with development teams to address any issues promptly.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them and maintain project timelines.
  • Oversee the deployment of components across various environments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Support the technical support team on complex functional issues, providing expert level 2 or 3 support to efficiently resolve problems.
Profile Requirement
  • Hold a graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
  • Possess 4-8 years of extensive experience, focusing on IT Business Analysis in the domains of Trade Financing or supply chain financing.
  • Be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies in a project delivery environment with a large number of stakeholders.
  • Understand FX Cash products and the FX trade lifecycle thoroughly.
  • Show proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and manipulation.
  • Utilize expertise in Excel for advanced data management and presentation.
