- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative
field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of
experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a
related function, or an advanced degree.
- Ability to
communicate in English fluently to collaborate with colleagues and
complete tasks and projects.
- Ability to lead
projects and produce insights to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and engage with executive
management teams.
- Excellent investigative and technical
(e.g., Financial Modeling/SQL) skills, with the ability to work with
large volumes of complex data.
- Excellent problem-solving
skills.
Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound
financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's
modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used
by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on
multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while
finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
As
someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and
out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking
and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with
insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.
As a Financial Analyst for Media Incentives, you will partner closely with APAC Go-to-Market (GTM) to drive commercialization of media incentive agreement with our key advertising partners. You will own the Finance workstreams for commercials programs and work with a cross-functional team including Sales, Operations, GTM, Accounting, Compliance and Legal to manage media incentives programs that cut across advertising products. You will manage media incentives programs including agreement modeling and accountability reviews.

Responsibilities- Provide finance guidance on the design and implementation of Google’s media incentives programs to ensure they are driving growth, while minimizing cost, risk, and operational complexity.
- Lead performance and effectiveness of incentive programs to generate concise recommendations to management.
- Build network with teams across sales, operations and finance (e.g., business accounting) to manage a wide range of operational questions.
- Support the operational requirements of Google's media incentives programs in APAC from a finance perspective, including agreement modeling, approving commercial terms and agreementreviews.
