As an FP&A manager specializing in business intelligence, your role will involve tracking market trends, analyzing data, and transforming insights into actionable recommendations to stimulate business growth.

Description

• Perform thorough vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements (including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Develop and oversee comprehensive financial and operational performance reporting as well as dashboards.
• Identify patterns and trends within the data, translating them into compelling narratives and recommendations for leadership and clients to enhance decision-making.
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to offer actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business and Data teams to ensure data coherence and accuracy in crafting insightful dashboards and reports.
• Condense intricate business data and ratios into understandable and actionable insights for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Maintain a SSOT to optimize data quality and accessibility.

Profile

• Masters degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Advanced Excel,Google Sheets.

• Prior experience in SQL or Quick Sight will be an added advantage.
