Intro
Singapore Inspection & Engineering Pte Ltd is part of Screening Eagle Technologies (SET). SET provides a technology platform for intelligent inspection of the built environment. The company was created through the merger of Dreamlab in Singapore and Proceq in Switzerland with a mission to protect the built world with software, sensors, and data. More information can be found at drone pilot is a critical role to help develop and test Screening Eagle’s new software and hardware inspection technologies for the built environment in Singapore and abroad. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive experience operating unmanned aircraft (UA) with a small-deployed team. Some building facade inspection experience is highly desirable.
What will you do
- Safely operate and maintain a fleet of drones.
- Plan, organize, and execute drone inspection projects for building façade and infrastructure facilities.
- Post-process drone photos/videos and prepare inspection reports.
- Work with R&D engineers to test the latest inspect platforms & artificial intelligence algorithms and continuously improve inspection services.
What do we expect
Basic Qualifications
- Diploma or above in engineering, aviation, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 – 3 years of experience piloting UA/drones for commercial projects.
- Holds a Class A Rotorcraft (up to 25kg multirotor) UA Pilot License (UAPL) from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
- Familiar with Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) UA Regulatory Requirements.
- Experience with DJI series of drones is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in building façade, tunnel, bridge, and other critical infrastructure inspection.
- Preferably with Photogrammetry/Aerial Survey experience.
- Experience with data post processing using photogrammetry software.
