Purpose

A member of the QA Systems Team responsible for providing document control services for the centralised documentation system to ensure timely and accurate application.

Responsibilities
  • Perform formatting of documents in Site Document Management System and ensure documents are ready for approval timely.

  • Be the administrator of the Site Document Management System and perform required compliance related checks for documents.

  • Issue controlled documents (e.g. Batch records, logbooks and sampling labels) in a timely manner, as required.

  • Initiate improvements to document management system / workflow.

  • Support in deviations / Change Controls / CAPAs associated with document system.

  • Generate required metrices for document management.

  • Support consultations and troubleshoot on documentation related issues.

  • Manage filing and archival of documents.

  • Compliance to company requirements on EHS.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Minimal diploma in a science or biological related subject

  • Administrative services, or equivalent working experiences

  • GMP experience preferred

  • Computer skills in MS Office (Microsoft Word, using and presenting database software such as MS Excel.)

  • Knowledge on SAP or Veeva (VQD) system would be an advantage.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good planning and organization skills.

  • Ability to plan and implement document management workflow with minimal supervision.

  • Team player: Ability to sustain work professionally and independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good stakeholder management.

  • Problem solving and analytical skills with quality mindset.

  • Proficiency and fluency in English Language.
