Salad Ventures is a blockchain thinktank that develops and backs innovations in the growing gamefi or 'metaverse' space. We're a close knit family of builders, creatives and suits looking to change the face of new technologies.

As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the world of blockchain, cryptocurrency, play-to-earn, and other web3 projects. Our project is backed by some of the most connected VCs in the blockchain space and we're growing our family!

We are looking for a talented Content & Video Editor to plan and assemble recorded footage that is engaging and visually appealing for our audiences on our Youtube channel or educational academy.

You’ll have a chance to shape the direction of our content in an up-and-coming industry of play-to-earn gaming as well as support our Chief Of Gaming in captivating audiences throughout SouthEastAsia with written and video content.

︎Manipulate and edit videos for punchiness and exceptional visual interest for a digital audience

︎Take a brief to grasp team’s needs and specifications while advising on content angles

︎Review shooting script and raw material to create a potential curriculums or sequences for exciting scenes

︎Create rough and final cuts for more complex videos

︎Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

︎Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process

︎Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

︎Proven work experience as a Video or Content Editor

︎Strong command of the English language

︎Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro)

︎Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio

︎Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity

︎Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing is a plus, but not directly required

︎Creative mind and storytelling skills

︎BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field is a bonus

︎ Experience working in a startup environment

︎ Knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency industry
