Company Overview:

Join our dynamic team as we expand our business in the MENA region. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to collaborate with our Global Head at the Group Headquarters. This senior role is critical for our continued growth, focusing on regulatory license applications and ongoing compliance support in MENA, including SCA and DFSA jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Global Head to support the company's business expansion in the MENA region.
• Lead and manage regulatory license applications and continuous compliance support for SCA and DFSA.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures specific to the MENA region.
• Oversee mandatory reporting and filing requirements in line with regional regulations.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory affairs with banking and EMI channels in the MENA region.
• Provide senior-level guidance on various compliance and regulatory matters.
• Prioritize and manage complex projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
• Previous experience in the CFD/FX industry is highly preferred.
• Law degree or equivalent with experience in regulatory legal services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with global and regional teams.
• Comfortable to present in business chinese to internal and external stakeholders stationed in China & Taiwan.
