Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Command Control Communication C3 Project Cloud business Operations end to end support.
• Experience in automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef, or Ansible, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix.
• Perform installation, configuration, test, maintain and administer on-premise VMware-based cloud infrastructure, using vRealize suite which includes - vRO, vRA, vROps, and vCloud Director
• Monitor Workflow and Process. Identified and escalated situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate resource per the escalation procedure. Administrator ETL Tool.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including weekend deployments of production and OS updates as needed.
• Provide effective communication of projects and tasks to the Operations team and stakeholders in other departments.
• Monitor and Maintained Compute & Storage Systems. Identified, categorized, and responded to Network, Security & Compute system events.
• Design cloud infrastructure, virtual private cloud, virtual private network (VPN), relational database services, auto- scaling, and computer resources to meet customer’s needs.
• Maintain an understanding of advanced cloud capabilities and IT and business needs, while identifying and processing cost and functional efficiency options for the customer’s collaborative decisions and actions.
• Develop and maintained the Advanced analytics prediction and simulation models. Creating dashboards in Tableau.

Mandatory Certification:

• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• ITIL Foundation Certification - IT Service Management, Service Transition and Service Operation
