· Guides and manages all aspects of software/hardware deployments to meet deadlines for systems go-live.

· Develops detailed schedules of assigned projects for New Product Introduction.

· Ability to analyze casino business operational needs / challenges and work with internal team to find the possible solution

· Oversee the implementation of project improvements

· Coordinates all departments as they relate to product production.

· Organizes interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and successfully produced.

· Evaluates and secures required resources to match project and production needs.

· Motivates product contributors.

· Conducts status meetings with both internal teams and external customers.

· Determine the user requirements (BRD) working with business analysts, product owner & business stakeholders

· Tracks, monitors, and reports project progress on a regular basis to the Executive Management Team through the direct supervisor.

· Ensures product quality metrics are gathered; analyzes data and implements corrective actions as required to improve quality.

· Develop project specifications, agree project plan including scope, key activities, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
