The objective of the position is to assist the Head of IT Business Consulting to enhance the companies core solutions.

• The holder of the position is responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
• Lead and manage a team of Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analysts to deliver effective technology solutions that enhance sourcing processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand sourcing processes, challenges, and strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency by leveraging IT solutions.
• Ensure solutions are in line with business requirements, digitalization roadmap and group policy.
• Oversee the selection and evaluation of technology vendors and solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Manage end-to-end technology projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and successful delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration between IT and business teams to ensure seamless solution design and implementation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and solution providers to stay abreast of market trends.
• Ensure effective change management strategies are in place for the successful adoption of modern technologies.
• Monitor post-implementation performance, collecting feedback, and making iterative improvements as needed.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and innovations to continually propose solutions that keep our sourcing operations competitive.

• Minimum 8 years experience of IT project implementation with experience in sourcing, retail or supply chain industry.
• University graduate or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and align them with technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.
• Self-starter, able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving with ability to think innovatively.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must.
