(for a leading semiconductor equipment supplier (BackEnd)

• Salary: 6K to 8K
• Joining a listed MNC company with regional exposure
• Interesting sales role with involvement in technical, product road map opportunity

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily responsible for marketing and sales of our full range of semiconductor equipment in Singapore and across global accounts.

• To target and develop new customer base to achieve sales growth and meet revenue targets in semiconductor equipment, customized manufacturing, assembly and automation equipment businesses.

• Product and performance specifications review with Technology and Engineering product groups to interpret, clarify and establish customer needs

• Drives Sales Kick-Off meeting agenda towards the fulfillment of customers’ order.

• Establish and forge excellent network with existing and potential customers to promote the company brand

• Gather market intelligence to identify emerging market and product trends, new customer requirements in their technology roadmaps, competitive landscape

• Analyses performance variances and take mitigating sales actions. Prepares annual sales forecasts and presents periodic sales performance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least a Degree in an Engineering discipline (with additional sales

management training)

• Familiar with semiconductor industry, packaging trends and manufacturing processes (preferably back-end)

• Equipment level sales and marketing experience highly desired

• Possess a good network of customer sales especially with major semiconductor packaging, assembly and test houses
