Full Job Description

• Support on DON/Chief of Nursing on the overall operations of Nursing Departments
• Lead and manage staffing need of department. 
• Provide clinical guidance to the nursing team.
• Participate in hospital’s projects and committee. 
• Conduct daily rounds to identify clinical service issues for closer gaps in care. 
• Decision making on critical operational issues when situation arises 
• Assists the DON/Chief of Nursing in all duties and deputises in his/her absence as needed.

Requirements 

• Possess at least Advanced Diploma/Degree in Nursing 
• Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of nursing management experience 
• Preferably a Post-graduate in Management or Nursing with Advanced Diploma in Midwifery, Pediatrics, Medical Surgical, Perioperative, NICU or related disciplines
• Has prior experience in Quality and Risk Management
