Architectural Coordinator

Full Job Description

5.5 days work week OR 6 days Alternate Sat

-- Develop a schedule program for commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule.
-- Coordinate monitor and control Architectural subcontractor’s progress and quality of work.
-- Ability to understand specifications, drawings, scope as well as sequence of work.
-- Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work
-- Delegating work to general workers and ensure it is in compliance with company and authority standards

Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
* Minimum 2 years of experience towards residential landed housing in Main Con. (Optional/Preferred)
* Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.

Salary
$3,000 to $4,000
