Full Job Description

A well-established marine company located in Tuas is seeking a Accounts Executive on permanent position.

Benefits

• S$ 3500 – 4000 per month
• Variable Bonus (3 to 5 months last year)
• Insurance covered for: Group H&S, Group Term Life, Group PA and Workmen Compensation Insurance
• Other leaves as per MOM regulations
• 8 am to 5:30 pm Mon to Fri
• Shuttle Bus at designated MRT stations

Responsibilities

• In charge in maintaining full sets of account of subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly financial analysis for PL and BS (actual vs budget: actual vs prior period)
• Prepare GST submission
• Assists in monthly POC, computation for revenue and cost recognition (including monthly
• allocation, cost accruals, project progress, etc)
• Assists in year end audit and tax
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior
