    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering works for building services projects from design through contract administration.
  • Prepare tender documentation, including technical specifications, and review engineering and construction drawings for accuracy and compliance.

  • Prior experience in an M&E consultancy environment will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of M&E system design, building services, and relevant Singapore codes of practice and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM software is advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, proactively, and take initiative.
  • Proven involvement in residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and recreational building projects is preferred.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore, will be an added advantage.
