Job Description

The Deputy M&E Manager (Buildings) is responsible for leading the M&E Coordinators and Supervisors in the planning, coordination and effective installation of M&E services based on project scope and requirements.


Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all provision requirements as specified in tender documents are fully met.
  • Liaise with statutory agencies, client, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.
  • Identify key design and delivery issues / solutions or risks. Resolve any technical or design related issues with the relevant stakeholders in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Involved in reviewing M&E tender documents and highlight contractual requirements including the proposal for value engineering.

  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in managing team
  • Strong technical and design knowledge in terms of various M&E systems and services
  • Candidates is required to have project experience in data centers, commercial buildings or other buildings projects
