We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Fund Solutions team as Manager, Private Equity .


Key responsibilities:

  • Be the primary client service contact for the assigned portfolio. Monitor and respond promptly to client requests.
  • Main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for operational matters and critical issues that need to be addressed before work gets disseminated to the other team members.
  • Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and accounting packages
  • Proficient in drafting wordings for disclosure wordings for IFRS/US GAAP accounting conventions
  • Reviewing Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values
  • Reading/understanding Fund documents like Subscription documents, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements for existing/new fund, and explaining the key terms to team members
  • Reviewing capital call and distribution notices
  • Preparing/Reviewing waterfall and equalization workings
  • Coordinating and dealing with Fund investors on meeting investors’ specific reporting requirements
  • Reviewing investor requests and any ad hoc requests from the client
  • Working closely with other teams (i.e., Cash Management, Investor Service,s and Corporate Secretarial) to ensure overall operations are running smoothly
  • Providing formal/informal training to staff on both accounting and private equity/industry aspects
  • Undertake management and general administration, and other special projects as assigned by the Management


Key requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA) or Finance or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of accounting/auditing experience with at least 3 years in Private Equity Fund industry, part of which must have been in management or supervisory capacity.
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Solid understanding of operational functions, including Fund Structures, Fund Accounting, Equalisations, Calls/Distributions, and Waterfall models.
  • Effective client relations, teamworking, and management skills.
  • Familiarity with Investran accounting system and experience in process improvement will be viewed favourably.

Client Servicing and Fund Operations:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate Fund Operation team
  • Set clear objectives for the team and ensure motivation and performance standards are met.
  • Support team with training and guide individual performance and development through regular catch-up and ongoing coaching, regular performance discussions, career coaching and development as requested, annual performance reviews following company standards


Financial Management:

  • Review the scope of service and align revenue in meeting the company’s targets.
  • Monitor the production of invoices and the collection of debts to ensure the financial viability of the department.
  • Assist in the annual budget exercise.


Key requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA) or Finance or equivalent
  • More than 8 years of accounting/auditing experience, with at least 4 years in the Private Equity / Real Estate Fund industry
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Solid understanding of operational functions, including Fund Structures, Fund Accounting, Equalisations, Calls/Distributions, and Waterfall models.

Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Associate is responsible for planning and executing seamless integration, separation and carve-out strategies, operating through a robust Integration Management Office (IMO). The role focuses on day-to-day delivery of complex, cross-functional programs to ensure deal objectives are achieved, value is realized, and disruption to the business is minimized across M&A transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration, separation & carve-out delivery

  • Design and execute end-to-end integration, separation and carve-out plans aligned to deal rationale and value drivers.
  • Lead oversight of assigned workstreams through the Integration Management Office (IMO).
  • Design and maintain detailed execution plans, including milestones, dependencies and critical path activities.
  • Ensure business continuity and operational stability throughout transition periods with deal Sponsors.
  • Support TSA design, execution and exit where applicable.


2. Stakeholder management

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive delivery and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and present IMO reporting for steering committees and executive forums.
  • Proactively surface risks, issues and decision points with clear recommendations.

3. Governance, reporting & value tracking

  • Own integration and separation reporting through the IMO, including progress, risks and financial impacts.
  • Track synergies and value creation with the deal team.
  • Develop and track one-off integration/separation costs.

4. Change management & communications

  • Support change management and communications across integration and separation programs.
  • Work with HR and leadership teams to support cultural integration, organizational design and workforce transitions.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Capture lessons learned and feed into integration playbooks and IMO standards.
  • Contribute to the development of tools, templates and best-practice IMO approaches.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in M&A integration and/ or operational due diligence consulting, in the integration department of MNCs or, Big 4’s; and/or performance improvement (value creation) or business transformation projects in an M&A context.
  • Experience operating effectively in complex, fast-paced environments and delivering integration updates to C-suite executive teams.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, result-oriented and solution-oriented and able to bring about changes;
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-starting;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with “can do“ approach
  • The ability to influence and drive geographically dispersed teams
  • Must have proven ability to realign priorities rapidly to meet evolving business requirements.


Desirable

  • Experience with TSAs and Day 1 / Day 100 planning.

Working closely with senior Corporate Development team members and stakeholders across Vistra’s global business, the role will contribute to the evaluation, execution, and successful completion of transactions that strengthen Vistra’s presence across existing and new geographies, as well as product and service categories.


The role provides hands-on transaction support across the full M&A lifecycle, from preliminary target screening, financial modelling, and due diligence coordination through to transaction execution and closing. While global in scope, the role has a primary focus on Asia. It partners closely with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, and IT functions, as well as external advisers including investment banks and accounting, legal, and tax firms, to support the delivery of Vistra’s Corporate Development agenda for senior management and shareholders, including EQT.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deal Pipeline Support: Help maintain the M&A target pipeline, including data capture, tracking, and periodic updates for reporting.
  • Deal Process Support: Support the M&A process under the direction of senior team members – including performing preliminary target assessment, coordinating due diligence workstreams, and contributing analysis to inform management's view on transaction feasibility.
  • Financial and M&A Modelling: Build and maintain financial and M&A models under senior team direction to support decision-making. Perform financial analysis, run sensitivity and scenario analyses to support assessment of each transaction against strategic objectives.
  • Investment Material Preparation: Draft and assemble investment papers and supporting materials for senior team review and management approval.
  • Cross-functional Teaming: Work with internal business segments (commercial, operations, legal, financial, tax, HR, IT, etc.) and external advisors (investment banks, accounting, legal, tax, etc.), to support effective execution of transaction workstreams.
  • Industry Research: Conduct industry research, comparable transaction analysis and trading benchmarks to support the inorganic growth strategy.
  • Integration / Separation - Support integration and separation planning and execution for acquisitions and divestitures.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
  • 5 to 6 years of proven experience in M&A or transaction services, ideally combining financial due diligence (Big 4 Transaction Services / Deals Advisory) with corporate finance or M&A advisory exposure (Investment Banking or Big 4 Corporate Finance)
  • Hands-on experience supporting M&A transactions — including financial due diligence, valuation, financial modelling, and deal documentation — is essential
  • Experience in cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions, with exposure to mid-market deal sizes (approximately USD50m–500m) preferred.
  • Exposure to financial services, professional services, fund services, or business services sectors preferred (not essential)
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills; High level of analytical rigor, attention to detail, and commercial judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare clear, decision-useful materials for senior stakeholders and work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications; familiarity with data tools (Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket) preferred
