Job Summary
As a Support Driver, you will ensure the fleet’s vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use, providing a safe and pleasant rental experience for hirers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational readiness of fleet vehicles by scheduling and sending cars and motorcycles for servicing, inspections, IU checkups, and cleaning
- Inspect vehicles regularly to identify and address maintenance needs such as replacing blown bulbs
- Support internal staff and hirers by responding promptly to their needs and inquiries
- Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to maintain smooth fleet operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with smartphones and web technologies to assist with digital service tools
- Possess a Class 2B licence (preferred but not essential)
- Own a bike or have the intention to purchase one (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrate a responsible, friendly, and caring attitude

Job Summary
You will investigate vehicle damages reported by customers, assess repair costs, manage accident reports, and support vehicle recovery efforts to maintain the quality and safety of Tribecar’s fleet.
Responsibilities
- IMPORTANT – You will be spending much of your time working with the customer on their vehicle damage report. This may come in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
- You will also be required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
- You will also be assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
- You will also be assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
- You will also be required to assist with any other tasks assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:
- Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
Keen eye for details to spot fraud - Willingness to enforce justice to ensure fairness in the tight-knit community
- Ability to shown restrain and kindness in extraordinary circumstances
- Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc
- Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous
