As a Network Service Engineer, you'll support a large-scale government network environment, ensuring the availability, performance, security, and compliance of critical infrastructure. You'll be involved in network operations, incident resolution, security management, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
This is a 12-month contract role (renewable), supporting a new long-term government project . Work will be onsite, Mon – Fri office hours.

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues
• Perform root cause analysis and support SLA-driven incident management
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers across the environment
• Support firewall policy reviews, security monitoring, and compliance activities

• Eligibility for government security clearance

As a Security Operations Engineer, you will support Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities, including security monitoring, incident investigation, threat hunting, and incident response.
You will act as a Level 2 security analyst, investigating alerts, identifying threats, supporting remediation activities, and improving overall security operations.
This is a 12-month renewable contract role. Work will be onsite at One-North, Mon – Fri office hours.

• Investigate and triage security alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, email, cloud, identity, and network security platforms
• Analyse security events to determine root cause, scope, and business impact
• Investigate phishing, malware, account compromise, and unauthorized access incidents
• Perform threat hunting activities using threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK methodologies
• Support containment, remediation, and recovery activities during security incidents
• Improve SOC processes, playbooks, detection rules, and monitoring capabilities
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new security technologies

• At least 3 years of SOC, cyber security operations, or incident response experience

As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll support and maintain the company's infrastructure environment, including servers, networks, warehouse management systems, & data centre operations.
You'll be involved in both day-to-day support and infrastructure improvement projects.
This is a 12-month renewable contract role. Work will be onsite in Tuas, Mon Fri office hours.

• Administer and support warehouse management systems & server environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi controllers, & access points

You will monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, support compliance activities, and work closely with internal teams to strengthen the client's security posture.
