Job Description
- Manage daily ISO Tank operations covering local, import, export, and cross-trade activities.
- Lead and develop the operations team to achieve service excellence and operational targets.
- Improve operational processes, controls, and best practices to enhance efficiency and cost performance.
- Ensure ISO Tank movements comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to address service gaps and improve performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with carriers, depots, cleaning stations, repair vendors, and other logistics partners.
- Review and control operational costs, including transportation, depot, maintenance, and repair expenses.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and resolve escalations promptly.
- Ensure operational capabilities are aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or Tank operations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO Tank operations, shipping documentation, and vendor management.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse assistants and admin staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Manage receiving, kitting, storage, and shipment according to production schedule
- Ensure accurate system transactions (SAP / WMS) and physical stock integrity
- Oversee warehouse organization, 5S standards, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with Facilities team for equipment maintenance
- Work closely with Quality team (IQA inspection) to ensure correct material receipt
- Monitor work orders and ensure timely and accurate kitting to production
- Highlight material shortages or discrepancies to planners and procurement team
- Maintain safety stock / drip stock levels and escalate shortages to buyers
- Ensure all deliveries and warehouse movements are properly documented
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse / logistics / manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in supervisory or team lead role
- Familiar with SAP / WMS systems
- Strong understanding of kitting, inventory control, and production support
- Good coordination skills with planning, QA, and procurement teams
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage fast-paced operations

Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQ preparation, price negotiation, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-up.
- Review and procure materials, components, and equipment according to MRP requirements.
- Monitor and expedite material deliveries with vendors to align with production schedules and address any supply issues.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain and planning teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels by reviewing and implementing stocking rules as defined by management.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment arrangements, tracking, and customs documentation.
- Oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and inventory targets.

- Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) and NCT (Non-Conformance Tracking) cases with suppliers.
- Support and implement cost reduction initiatives to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) to support procurement and production needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or contract manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager who enjoys building relationships, uncovering hidden value in industrial materials, and closing high-value supply deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive New Business & Market Growth
- Identify and develop new industrial sourcing opportunities across electronics, semiconductors, electroplating, and manufacturing sectors
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and industrial partners in Singapore and regional markets
- Develop strategies to grow long-term sourcing pipelines
Win New Accounts & Close Deals
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → negotiation → contract closure
- Prepare proposals and commercial terms for industrial supply agreements
- Convert qualified opportunities into long-term, recurring business
Work with Technical & Operations Teams
- Collaborate with laboratory teams to assess material recovery potential

- Track pipeline, revenue, and gross margin performance

- Act as both leader and hands-on deal closer for key accounts
Requirements:
- 5–10 years in business development, trading, sourcing, or industrial sales
- Experience in metals, recycling, electronics, semiconductor, chemicals, or industrial sectors preferred
- Strong negotiation and commercial deal-making ability
- Comfortable managing full sales cycle independently
- Exposure to technical or value-based selling is a strong advantage
- Familiar with compliance (KYC / AML) preferred
