- Location: Central
- Salary: Open to discuss
- Duration: 1 Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible)
- Working Hours: 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm from Mon to Sun
Job Scope:
- Execute AI data annotation and model evaluation workflows in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards.
- Conduct quality audits on annotated datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
- Identify annotation errors, quality risks, and performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions for improvement.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to vendors and annotators to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop, refine, and implement annotation guidelines for new AI initiatives.
- Perform hands-on annotation tasks during pilot phases and support the development of scalable annotation processes.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve AI model responses and maintain prompt libraries and best practices.
- Analyze annotation data and evaluation results to generate insights, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement in AI model performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in writing and optimizing AI system prompts.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages : Indonesian, Filipino (Tagalog), Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), Bahasa Melayu, Vietnamese, Thai, Arabic, Korean, German as they will need to deal with the above mentioned region stakeholders
- Genuine interest in AI, large language models, and human-computer interaction , combined with excellent cross-team collaboration skills and a willingness to continuously learn and explore new technologies.
- Previous practical experience related to large model (LLM/VLM) data, such as data annotation, model evaluation, prompt engineering, agent construction, etc.
- Experience in content strategy and quality-assessment for images and videos.
- Professional background in STEM (eg science, engineering, medicine, finance) or humanities (eg law, sociology, psychology)
- Enthusiasm for career development in the AI/LLM industry , engaging with diverse technical case studies, and problem-solving.

Strategic Workforce Planning & Workforce Insights
- Lead end-of-the-end workforce planning, including FTE forecasting, capability planning, and workforce optimisation
- Develop workforce models and scenarios to support business growth, transformation, and cost optimisation
- Provide workforce insights and recommendations based on data, trends, and business priorities
- Identify workforce gaps and drive strategies across hiring, redeployment, and capability building
People Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Workforce Insights, Organisational Design, and HR Business Partnering
- Proven experience in workforce planning, including FTE forecasting, capability planning, and organisational structure optimisation
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on workforce budgeting, cost modelling, and resource planning
- Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional and cultural boundaries
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, workforce insights, and people analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- High level of data accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail in workforce analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of organisational design, matrix effectiveness, and capability deployment
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link workforce decisions to business and financial outcomes
- Strong HR business partnering capability, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders

1. System Setup and Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.
