**Responsibilities**
1. Strategic Growth & Opportunity Hunting
+ **Spearhead New Business Acquisition:** Aggressively seek out and secure new customer accounts across the entire energy ecosystem, positioning Tektronix as a trusted partner in DC electrification.
+ **Drive Account Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive key account plans, acting as the primary point of contact to build deep, strong customer relationships and manage the full sales lifecycle.
+ **Uncover High-Value Opportunities:** Proactively engage new and existing clients with probing questions on adjacent applications to uncover unmet or emerging needs, directly mapping these to Tektronix's portfolio.
+ **Lead Strategic Initiatives:** Drive and align business development efforts across key, high-growth organizational initiatives, including DC Grid Modernization, AI Server Power, Battery and Automotive, and Defense Electrification technologies.
2. Market Expertise & Collaboration
+ **Provide Technical Domain Fluency:** Possess and leverage broad, deep knowledge and hands-on experience across DC electrification domains (e.g., batteries/BMS, DCDC converters, inverters, renewable energy) to drive customer dialogue and credible solution-mapping.
+ **Inform Strategic Direction:** Capture and communicate customer-driven insights from high-level engagements to directly inform strategic planning, solution development, and product portfolio direction at Tektronix.
+ **Partner with Sales Teams:** Collaborate closely with account managers, providing Tektronix's DC Programmable Power expertise and articulating compelling customer use cases during critical engagements.
+ **Cultivate Key Relationships:** Actively cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key customers, industry stakeholders, solution partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure long-term strategic alignment and growth.
3. Sales Execution, Applications support & Enablement
+ **Own the Sales Funnel:** Oversee pipeline development, channel strategy, and conversion tracking to ensure a healthy and predictable business flow for Tektronix.
+ **Drive Pre-Sales Strategy:** Provide strategic insights and solution alignment to support pre-sales engagements, ensuring seamless customer success.
+ **Applications support:** POC and solution delivery as required by customers.
+ **Develop Sales Enablement Tools:** Co-develop essential sales tools, resources, and enablement strategies to expand Tektronix's global reach and enhance market impact.
**Required Profile & Qualifications**
Domain Knowledge & Experience
+ Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic account management, or high-value solution sales within the energy or technology sectors. Candidates with relevant leadership experience will be considered for team lead role.
+ Industry Expertise: Strong familiarity with battery technology, power electronics, automotive, and grid simulation is required.
+ Technical Fluency is a strong plus: High-level awareness of key codes and standards across the energy ecosystem (e.g., superconductor, solid-state battery, fusion energy).

**Key Responsibility:**
1. Responsible for repair and calibration of electronic measuring instruments (Tektronix/Keithley/EA), by analyzing and identifying instrument failures, performing repair/ calibration/adjustment process. Ensure on time deliver the instruments to customers of high quality.
2. Maintain high-quality and efficient communication with customers, fully understand customer needs, provide customers with high quality products and services, and continue to improve customer satisfaction.
3. Manage equipment/fixture/tool management through using Tektrace /MET TEAM or offline management software, initiate calibration and repair requirements, propose analysis and solutions for OOT (Out of Tolerance) equipment, and ensure the equipment in effective working condition.
4. Create a good way of cross-functional cooperation and communication, and work closely with CSR/SAM/Logistic department to ensure that instruments are delivered to customers in the best quality and shortest TAT (Turn around time).
5. ERP and workbench system operation, according to the repair requirements, initiate and establish parts needs information and manage the service location.
6. Responsible for analyzing and improving the quality of repair/calibration process, preventing quality problems, put advising on instrument application and maintenance through cooperation with Global and Regional quality and engineering teams to reduce quality PPM and agreed service instrument failure rates.
7. Use RBS tools to continuously improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity to consistently meet customer expectations.
8. Strong driving force, long-term effective play of subjective initiative, use various resources to learn more product knowledge and skills, understand the latest product and service needs, provide the training and share aim to raise the service capability for self and team.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering or similar major and more than 2 years' relevant work experience.
2. Hands on the repair and calibration of typical electronic measuring instruments, such as Power supply, digital multimeter, source meter and oscilloscope
3. The ability to understand and predict customer needs is preferred.
4. Integrity, sincerity, good teamwork ability.
5. Strong willingness to learn and fast learning ability, able to actively and continuously learn, improve professional skills, communication skills.
6. Will be preferred for well know lean concept.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for pre- and post-sales applications support in the assigned product portfolio, market segments and sales territories
+ Contribute and participate in marketing events and presentations
+ Formulate and implement business development action plan to achieve business goals
+ Drive innovation and growth through new product introductions, market development, solutions selling and funnel creation activities
+ Establish strategic technical partnerships and build close relationships with the key accounts and channel partners
+ Work closely with sales, marketing, product lines and customer support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
**Job Requirements**
+ Pursuing Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
+ Strong knowledge in the Semiconductor test and measurement solutions using Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Source Measurement Units and/or Parametric Analyzers
+ Proficient in C, C++, Python and/or LabView programming languages
+ Highly motivated and success-driven
+ Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
+ Strong time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
