**Responsibilities**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
+ **Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations to Panasonic Avionics Corporation (PAC) In- flight Entertainment Systems on aircraft subjected to FAA/CAA/EASA/CASA Regulations to include: troubleshooting and testing of electronic assemblies and units, the removal and replacement of electronic assemblies, units or cabling while installed in the aircraft and the modification/alteration of installed equipment.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ **Aircraft/IFE Maintenance and Support**
+ Perform built-in test (BIT) and manual test of Panasonic Avionics Corporation IFE systems.
+ Troubleshoot electronic units, cabling or seat consoles in which failures occur down to the line replaceable modules, using knowledge of electronic theory.
+ Identify necessary repairs to restore functional acceptance, which may require the removal and replacement of defective line replaceable modules and/or cabling.
+ Operate a vehicle on airport property and around aircraft.
+ Operate airline communications equipment.
+ Communicate and interface with customer.
+ **Administrative/Documentation**
+ Document the testing and repairs using computer and bar-coding equipment.
+ Receive and prepare parts.
+ Assist in tracking the spares inventory.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
**KEY EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Must have at least a Diploma or Higher Nitec/ Degree in Engineering/ Electronics Technology/ Aerospace Technology or equivalent.
+ 1 -3 years related industry experience preferred.
+ Holds current and valid Singapore CAAS B2 (Avionics) licence with aircraft type rating.
+ Must hold a valid driver's license.
**KEY KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, procedures, blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and to comprehend and follow verbal instructions.
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (MS products).
+ Knowledge of electronic and troubleshooting generally acquired through commercial aviation, military experience or technical school education combined with one or two years of related industry experience.
+ Ability to work in a high-stress, high-pressure environment.
+ Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
+ Manual dexterity to grasp and work with tool parts and equipment.
+ Works on problems of moderate to diverse scope requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
+ Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
+ As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways.
+ Ability to climb and work from a ladder or platform, and endure sitting, standing, bending, or twisting for extended periods, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability to cope with environmental conditions, which may include exposure to congestion and varying noise levels.
+ Ability to operate under extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces for extended periods.
+ Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to meet the requirements of the airport authority for access and vehicle operation on their premises.

**Responsibilities**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
**Under direct supervision, performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Receive and visually inspect packages for damage and sign for deliveries from vendors, i.e. UPS, FED-X, DHL, and others.
+ Uncrate or unpack cartons, remove, and recycle material in proper locations.
+ Count and verify material against packing sheet, maintain receiving log and transfer functions in Oracle, match product up with Oracle generated travelers, and deliver product/documents to QA Inspection.
+ Maintain receiving log for non-Oracle receipts and initiate damaged material claims when required.
+ Scan a copy of the Packing List, all QA documents, and Receipt Traveler at the end of each day.
+ Generate packing sheets per Oracle/Clear Orbit Sales order system once the final QA inspection has been signed off and certified the product.
+ Maintain the Trouble Shelf and the Trouble Shelf Report and meet with Buyer to address resolution and options.
+ Deliver 'Direct Delivery' product to applicable recipients within the 5-building complex via cart, forklift and/or company truck.
+ Package materials for shipment, generate waybills/airbills, and arrange transportation for shipments.
+ Receive and ship products according to production schedules.
**Qualifications**
**KEY QUALIFICATION:**
+ Must have at least a High School education or higher.
+ At least 1 year of year of shipping/receiving experience for this position.
**KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Forklift and Crating experience preferred.
+ Understanding of international shipping and INCOterms.
+ Receiving, stocking, and stacking.
+ Pulling, packing, and loading.
+ Sorting incoming and outgoing stocks.
+ Knowledge of various shipping software, i.e. DHL, Fed-ex, UPS, etc.
+ Ability to operate a computer and utilize MS Office suite of software applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook.
+ Knowledgeable using Oracle, Clear Orbit, and Spex.
+ Knowledge of the use of various hand tools and associated safety procedures.

**Perform a variety of routine tasks such as repair, modification, calibration, troubleshooting, and testing of In-Flight Entertainment System** **to ensure repair shop quality standards are met.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Perform proper repairs and/or modifications of all aircraft electronics equipment and some test equipment at board level and component level.
1. Perform hand set-ups for digital tests. Recognize failures and set-up problems and determine the need for appropriate verification. Act as a technical resource in the analysis of failures when required.
1. Position and align parts and components. Secure them in place or remove them using appropriate, various methods including soldering, crimping, fastening, gluing, etc.
1. Test and troubleshoot complex analog and digital electronics systems to the component level. In other words, able to analyses both digital and analog electronic circuits and able to set-up and operate test equipment.
1. Assess design configuration status of units under repair by referencing engineering documentation and maintenance manuals.
1. Identify and navigate to appropriate electronic engineering and maintenance documentation to conduct repair actions, and to record required information on all repairs and publication discrepancies.

1. Generate repair cost quotation worksheets to be transmitted to the end customer.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
**The Accounting Officer is responsible for handling a full set of accounts, including the preparation of purchase orders, sales invoicing, asset management, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, and month-end closing activities. The role includes preparing bank reconciliations, quarterly GST submissions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position supports the Finance Manager by providing timely administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth financial operations.**
**Responsibilities**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Generate and issue sales invoices to customers.
+ Verify Purchase Requests (PRs) submitted by departments in accordance with the company's Approval Matrix.
+ Create Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved PRs.
+ Manage supplier invoices: ensure approvals and supporting documents are complete, record invoices accurately into the accounting system, and process payments according to due dates.
+ Perform accounting general ledger entries for month-end settlements.
+ Prepare and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
+ Maintain and update Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging reports.
+ Maintain Fixed Asset and Expensed Asset Registers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
+ Ensure proper documentation, filing, and audit-ready maintenance of accounting records.

**KEY QUALIFICATION:**

+ **Strong interest in developing skills in full-cycle accounting and month-end closing** (e.g. preparing journals, performing GL reconciliations, investigating variances) - training and on-the-job coaching will be provided.
+ **Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel** (formulas, filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic analysis) and also Word and PowerPoint, to prepare reconciliations, cash‑flow schedules, management reports and audit support schedules.
+ **Familiarity with MYOB or similar accounting software is an advantage.**
+ **Good communication and stakeholder skills** , able to work effectively with colleagues across functions and with external parties (suppliers, customers, banks, auditors), explain finance and documentation requirements clearly and professionally, and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
+ **Strong accuracy, analytical ability, and time‑management, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize workload** .
+ **Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently** with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines during peak periods (month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end, GST and audit timelines).
**Note : Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are expected to have solid understanding and hands-on proficiency in the above key knowledge and skill areas.**
