**What You'll Bring**
+ 12+ years of relevant experience, including consulting in IT implementation for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll and/or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM/Payroll
+ Proven track record leading HR and Payroll transformation programs for large-scale enterprises, including complex global design, data conversion, integrations, testing, and cutover
+ Strong project management experience across multi-workstream Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll implementations, with rigorous risk, budget, stakeholder, and vendor management
+ Deep Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll implementation experience (Core HR, Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Talent modules as relevant), including statutory and regulatory compliance
