Are you ready to shape products end-to-end, from the first user conversation to the final pixel, and grow into owning that process yourself?
We’re looking for a Designer/Product Manager to join our team. This isn’t a traditional design role: AI tools have changed what “design execution” means, and we need someone who can do more than produce interfaces, someone who can drive the thinking behind them. You’ll design the experience and run the process that gets you there: talking to users, defining the problem, scoping the solution, and shipping it.
The Role
As a Designer/PM at Novade, you will:
- Run discovery and requirements gathering — talk to users and stakeholders, understand the problem before jumping to a solution.
- Own the spec-to-design pipeline — translate research into clear requirements, then into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Design exceptional mobile and web interfaces using modern tools, including AI-assisted design tools, to move faster from concept to high-fidelity output.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize scope, validate feasibility, and ship.
- Benchmark competitor solutions to keep Novade ahead in the market.
- Grow into broader product ownership over time — as you demonstrate the process end-to-end, take on more roadmap input and prioritization responsibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with some exposure to product management, research, or requirements work (formal PM title not required).
- Expertise in Figma , and comfort using AI-assisted design tools to accelerate execution.
- Experience with user research or requirements gathering — even informally.
- A strong grasp of UX design principles and methodologies .
- Demonstrated ability to write clear specs or product requirements documents.
- Use product analytics (e.g. Amplitude or similar) to validate decisions, track adoption, and measure impact post-launch — not just ship and move on.
- A portfolio showcasing both design quality and your thinking process (not just polished screens).
- Eligibility to work legally in Singapore.
