**A) Corporate Communications**
Advise on the below based on Communication risks and messaging
- Response to consumer queries
- Social media content
- Campaign materials
**B) Stakeholder Engagement**
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders during business-as-usual periods to strengthen engagement, trust and readiness for issues or crisis situations.
**C) Media Relations - Corporate - Drive advocacy and earned media visibility**
i. To create and drive media stories supporting Corporate Reputation Building
ii. Play an advisory role to consumer queries, social media of the brands
iii. Lead and drive corporate stories
iv. Provide counsel and advisory support to ensure the narrative is accurate, consistent and aligned with corporate messaging
