Job Description

Interested applicants are invited to apply directly at the NUS Career Portal. Please note your application will only be processed if you apply via NUS Career Portal.

About Us

NUS Business School Executive Education designs programmes that build leadership and organisational capability, working closely with clients across Asia Pacific and globally to translate their strategic priorities into impactful, faculty-led learning. Our Customised Executive Programmes team partners with C-suite leaders, CHROs, and Heads of L&D throughout this process.

We are looking for a motivated relationship builder to grow our portfolio of corporate and public sector clients and deepen our presence in key regional markets. This is a role for someone who combines genuine business acumen with the patience and care required to build trust with senior institutional clients over time.

To learn more about the NUS Business School, please visit

What you will do
  • Identify, win, and grow corporate and public sector accounts for customised executive programmes across target markets in Asia Pacific and beyond.
  • Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels of an organisation — from C-suite sponsors to L&D and HR decision-makers — turning first conversations into long-term partnerships.
  • Consult with senior leaders on their business challenges and work closely with NUS faculty to co-create programmes that deliver real organisational impact.
  • Craft compelling, well-researched proposals and presentations that draw on NUS thought leadership and faculty expertise.
  • Partner with NUS Programme Directors to oversee programmes from design through delivery and debrief, ensuring the rigour of the design carries through to delivery.
  • Stay close to industry and L&D trends, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor.
What you bring
  • A Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years of experience in business development, key account management, or client-facing consulting, ideally with exposure to the Asia Pacific region.
  • A track record of winning and growing strategic accounts — whether in executive education, leadership development, management consulting, or another professional services environment.
  • Genuine business acumen: you can hold a credible conversation with a CFO or CHRO about their organisation's strategic priorities, not just propose a programme.
  • Strong relationship-management instincts — trust built through being knowledgeable and communicating consistently.
  • Comfort and confidence working across cultures and seniority levels, including in markets outside Singapore.
  • A mature, collaborative approach to problem-solving — sound judgement under pressure, and the ability to work constructively with colleagues and clients to resolve issues.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Asia Pacific region and globally.

(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)

Why this role

You will work on the NUS Business School brand and platform, consistently ranked as one of Asia's top business schools — with genuine autonomy to build your own portfolio of regional relationships. This is a role for someone ready to move from winning individual programmes to building an institutional practice.

To apply, please include your CV and a short note on why this role interests you.
