Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.

  • Manage and resolve network incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

  • Perform network monitoring, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.

  • Support network implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve connectivity and network-related issues.

  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.

  • Support user connectivity, remote access, and network security requirements.

  • Participate in change management, patching, and routine maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Support, Network Operations, or Network Engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, and wireless networking.

  • Experience with enterprise networking equipment such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent.

  • Understanding of firewall administration and network security best practices.

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments.

  • Network certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are an advantage.

  • Mandarin language proficiency is required to support business and customer communication needs.

  • Provide daily support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user devices via IT Helpdesk, remote assistance, and onsite support.
