Lead our strategic ocean freight procurement initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing our global ocean freight network, ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and compliant transportation solutions across diverse geographical regions and time zones. The role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing key carrier relationships, and driving continuous improvement in our ocean freight operations.
**How you will contribute**
+ Strategic Sourcing: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive global ocean freight sourcing strategies to optimize costs, service levels, and operational efficiency.
+ Category Management: Lead all aspects of ocean freight category management, including market analysis, demand forecasting, tender processes, contract negotiation, and performance management.
+ Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong strategic relationships with ocean freight carriers and service providers on a global scale.
+ Global Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders across various functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Finance) and geographies, managing diverse expectations and time zones.
+ Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel and data analysis techniques to monitor market trends, analyze performance metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insightful reports to senior leadership.
+ Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify process efficiencies, and implement best practices in ocean freight sourcing and operations.
+ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks within the global ocean freight supply chain, including geopolitical impacts, capacity constraints, and regulatory changes.
+ Hands-on Execution: Be prepared to dive deep into operational details, troubleshoot issues, and actively participate in the execution of sourcing strategies.
+ Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant international trade regulations.

+ Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in ocean freight sourcing, procurement, or category management within a global supply chain environment.
+ Global Acumen: Proven ability to manage global logistics operations, navigating different time zones and successfully collaborating with stakeholders distributed worldwide.
+ Analytical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end strategic sourcing processes, including RFI/RFP, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
+ Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
+ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCMP, APICS) is a plus.
+ Systems: Familiarity with CSO and e-sourcing platforms is highly desirable.

As a Facility Management Technician, you will be helping and supporting the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements related to Facility Management in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility related equipment
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure building system run smoothly and efficiently
+ Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment
+ Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
+ Operating and maintenance of WWTP
+ Attend to emergency breakdown and feedback
+ Report on irregularities
+ Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet
+ Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items
+ Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

+ Experience in performing simple handyman jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on work

As a Facility Management Technician, you will be helping and supporting the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements related to Facility Management in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

3. Deliver YOY productivity and cash target. He/She will build productivity roadmap to ensure pipeline sufficiency and lead the execution by ensuring an effective stakeholders management and cross functional collaboration.
4. Engage and guide the spend area team to manage the high complexity through strategic sourcing, prioritization and simplification, internal and external benchmark, total grain and sugar supply chain improvement.
5. Create the vision and opportunity for continuous improvement in line with company's vision and strategy to drive the KPIs and business result.
6. Make sure the compliance with procurement policy as well as GSCP requirement by leading GSCP quarterly strategic meeting, and ensuring contract approval and management for GSCP strategic suppliers.
