A leading global real estate and workplace services firm is seeking a Regional Account Director to lead a major technology client across APAC. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a large-scale, complex portfolio and driving transformation across workplace, facilities, and employee experience.
You will take ownership of a multi-country account spanning 50+ sites and millions of square feet, leading a large, integrated team delivering both technical and workplace services.
Acting as the senior client interface, you will shape strategy, drive innovation, and ensure best-in-class service delivery across the region.
This role combines P&L ownership, client leadership, operational excellence, and transformation delivery, with a mandate to continuously evolve the account in line with the client’s growth and future workplace strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Strategy
You will take ownership of a multi-country account spanning 50+ sites and millions of square feet, leading a large, integrated team delivering both technical and workplace services.

This role combines P&L ownership, client leadership, operational excellence, and transformation delivery, with a mandate to continuously evolve the account in line with the client’s growth and future workplace strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the vision, strategy, and long-term development of a major regional account
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to align real estate and workplace strategy with business goals
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across services and capabilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the senior point of contact and trusted advisor to the client
- Translate business needs into innovative, value-driven solutions
- Build strong, lasting executive relationships across multiple markets
Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation across service delivery
- Lead large, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple countries
- Implement scalable processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
- Deliver innovation across workplace experience, sustainability, and smart buildings
Financial & Commercial Management
- Own full P&L accountability including revenue, margin, and growth
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the account
- Drive commercial excellence and expansion of services
People Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse regional team
- Develop leadership capability and succession pipelines
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture
Candidate Profile Experience
- ~15+ years in corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace services
- Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-country accounts or portfolios
- Experience managing integrated FM or outsourcing contracts at scale
- Strong background in client-facing leadership, P&L ownership, and team management
- Exposure to technology, financial services, or similarly complex corporate environments

- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia markets, with experience across both mature and emerging markets
