What you will enjoy doing
- In this role, you will manage the helium business across bulk and packaged channels to meet and exceed regional and global targets
- Drive profit and loss performance by delivering profitable helium growth throughout the operating segment and related business units
- You will participate as a member of the global helium leadership team to align strategic agendas and daily tactics across sourcing, product management, logistics, engineering, and market development
- Collaborate with regional business unit marketing and product management leadership to align global and local strategy, goals, and actions
- Develop and monitor sales, pricing, and profitability key performance indicators at the business unit and operating segment levels
- Support sales, business development, budgeting, and forecasting activities with input on volumes, pricing, and costs
- Partner with global product management and supply chain teams to optimize regional supply and demand planning
- Define and implement regional helium pricing, surcharges, and product allocations while ensuring effective rollout of global commercial, engineering, and operational programs
- Support operations teams with helium cryofill business management, technical investigations, and optimization of trans fill operations including productivity initiatives and loss prevention
- And you will monitor and analyze regional market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategies and drive profitability, while managing large data sets for financial analysis and process improvement
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business fields required; MBA preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in helium or industrial gas business, including business development, sales, or account management at regional or global levels
- Deep understanding of helium market segments and applications such as semiconductor, optical fiber, MRI, and lifting markets preferred
- You have strong strategic thinking, execution, analytical, and quantitative skills
- And you have excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and follow-through capabilities
- Willingness to travel 20 to 40 percent of the time
- Physical ability to perform tasks including sitting, standing, walking, handling objects up to 40 pounds, and vision requirements such as close and color vision

Principal Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development – Leads the overall development of product strategies for ESG to achieve revenue and profitability target.
- Strategy Execution – Support growth targets through executing effective commercial, marketing/ product & channel strategies. Drives initiatives and planning efforts to maximize growth and margin performance.
- Price Management - Monitor product costs and profit performance of product lines, Identifies pricing opportunities, and tracks implementation of key pricing initiatives or targets against plan
- Product Management- Develop product strategies with alignment with Global electronic team. Source and secure products to achieve LGS ESG growth agenda.
- Monitors sales and margin performance at the country level on a monthly basis. Identifies deviations and delivers mitigation plans to improve product/portfolio performance. Identifies product opportunities by customers & ensure optimization of product portfolio
- Competitor Monitoring - Understand local & regional competitor strengths and weaknesses (share, cost positions etc.) and expected/typical behavior.
- Capability Development – Align demands against supplier/LGS warehouse/intercompany capacity and predict shortages/surplus situation, initiate and lead investment case prior to shortfall.
- Product Stewardship – Lead coordinator of CPR process and ensure full sign off in LIDAP by regional team. Coordinate with each stakeholder to ensure all queries are properly documented.
- Technical Competency - Improve technical competencies by supporting ESG training for Sales representatives. Provides relevant commercial and technical competency development.
- Product cost management – Lead negotiation against inter-companies and suppliers to achieve maximum profitability for LGS.
- Coordinate between supplier, intercompany, procurement and supply Chain to conclude and sign off final product profit analysis so that sales can offer to customers.
- Package strategy - Develop package strategies (Rent vs buy), develop business case and obtain best profitable outcome for Sales team.
- Asset management – Lead and execute asset maintenance program.
- Projects - Manage special ESG projects effectively to ensure maximum return for LGS.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- :Typically 5+ years' experience in Sales, Marketing/Product Management and/or Business Plannin
- gMinimum 5-10 years experiences working in the ESG/Semiconductor industr
- yRelated experience and knowledge of Electronic specialty gases or chemicals
- .Awareness of Global product suppliers and their capabilities
- .Qualified degree preferably with a Chemical and/or engineering backgroun
- dMarketing Degree or equivalent experience
