Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the candidate will assume responsibility for AP matters and financial reporting. This will include processing AP invoices for payment to suppliers, monthly closing of accounts and preparation of audit schedules. The candidate will also be involved in administrative duties as below.


Main Duties/Responsibilities


Financial and Management Accounting functions:

  • Transacting AP invoices in accounting records and ensure that proper payment approval and relevant supporting documents are in place
  • Process and issue payments to suppliers
  • Provide inputs for monthly cash flow forecast to facilitate cash optimization for the firm
  • Manage Accounts Payable aging
  • Prepare journal entries and audit schedules
  • Perform month end closing activities.
  • Liaise with auditors (internal and external) on annual audit related matters.


Admin functions:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
  • Manage office supplies & equipment and liaising with vendors and service providers, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment
  • Processing of office-related invoices
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings and conferences


Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy
  2. At least 4 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a MNC environment.
  3. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office skills required and must be proficient in MS Excel.
  4. Candidate should be meticulous and possess an analytical mind.
  5. Must be able to work independently and takes initiative.
  6. Candidates with experience using SAP will be preferred.

The User Experience department manages Jewel Changi Airport’s attractions & mall operations, guest experience (GX), facilities management, as well as tenancy design & experiential creation. The Guest Experience team oversees key operational and service portfolios including Quality Service Management (QSM), Business Operations, Customer Service, Attraction Operations & Development, and Jewel Operations.


As a Manager, Guest Experience, you will lead and support cross-functional operational portfolios to ensure high standards of service delivery, operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement across the guest journey. The role requires strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, service excellence capabilities, and the ability to manage dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments. Managers may be rotated across different GX portfolios to support organisational needs, operational priorities, and leadership development.


  • Serve as the Shift Duty Manager and overall operations lead during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, operational readiness, safety, security, service standards, and business continuity across guest-facing environments.
  • Lead and coordinate service teams, partners, operators, and stakeholders to deliver consistent and high-quality guest experiences across assigned operational portfolios.
  • Oversee operational matters including incident management, service recovery, escalations, and manpower coordination during normal and peak operations.

  • Strong experience in operations management, service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and outsourced vendor management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder operational environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Experience in service excellence, operational planning, incident management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable managing operational disruptions, escalated situations, and service recovery with composure and sound judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated team player with strong leadership and people management capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced individual to support the Finance team in managing Accounts Payable operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and finance process improvements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, efficient payment processing, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.


Main Duties/Responsibilities


Accounts Payable & Procurement Governance

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring invoices are reviewed, processed, and paid accurately and within established timelines.

• Liaise with business units, procurement teams, and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate submissions, GST-related matters and incomplete supporting documentation.

•Prepare payment proposals and manage payment schedules to optimise cash flow while ensuring timely settlement of obligations.

• Review employee expense claims, vendor onboarding requests and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Support procurement governance initiatives by ensuring adherence to procurement policies, internal controls and delegated approval limits.


Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing

• Prepare monthly reporting deliverables (including audit schedules) and provide insightful analysis of financial performance and key variance explanations.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual reviews.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of supporting schedules for statutory audits and financial statement preparation.

• Support the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting exercises, and cash flow reporting requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors, company secretaries, and filing agents on statutory audits and compliance matters.


Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Prepare and submit GST returns, Withholding Tax filings, and other statutory reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare tax provisions and supporting tax computations for financial reporting purposes.

• Liaise with external tax agents and relevant authorities on tax compliance matters, tax filings and information requests.


Process Improvement & Digital Systems & Master Data Management

• Act as the system custodian for internally developed Apps

• Maintain and administer system master data, including vendor, employees and any other relevant master records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates

• Monitor system workflows and interfaces, troubleshoot user issues and co-ordinate with vendor to resolve system issues

• Be proficient in using digital tools such as Power Platform, Power Query or equivalent to drive workflow automation, process improvement and reporting enhancements.

• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of digital solutions and compliance with established processes.



Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant finance experience
  • Experience with SAP – S/4 Hana and working knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar digital tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

As the Senior Manager for Finance, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the full spectrum of Finance Operations, including Procurement Administration, Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets and Tax functions. The role is responsible for managing multiple legal entities across different reporting calendars while ensuring strong financial governance, operational efficiency, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and the timely delivery of financial reporting deliverables to the shareholders.


Procurement Governance & Support

  • Oversee procurement administration activities, ensuring the timely creation of key procurement documents, including Operational Agreements (OA) and Purchase Orders (PO), as well as the prompt execution of Goods Receipt (GR) processes by the team.
  • Collaborate closely with business divisions to address procurement-related issues and drive continuous process improvements through user feedback and system enhancements, while ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on procurement processes, policy interpretation, governance requirements, and compliance standards.


Accounts Payable & Cash Flow Management

  • Review and approve invoices to ensure all transactions are appropriately authorised in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) and are supported by sufficient documentation.
  • Oversee and drive effective cash flow management through the review and approval of payment proposals by:

i) Ensuring approved invoices are paid accurately and on schedule.

ii) Managing payment timing and invoice value dates to balance liquidity requirements and vendor commitments.

iii) Partnering with Treasury to forecast cash requirements and support funding and liquidity strategies aligned with business needs.


Fixed Assets Management

  • Oversee the governance and management of a fixed asset portfolio exceeding $1 billion, ensuring accurate asset records.
  • Ensure compliance with fixed asset policies and controls, including asset tagging, physical verification, transfers, disposals, and write-offs.
  • Review capital expenditures prior to capitalisation to maximise eligible capital allowances and tax incentives, while ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Ensure the timely capitalisation of assets and accurate depreciation accounting, in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.


Financial Reporting & Audit Management

  • Lead the preparation and submission of monthly financial reporting packages to shareholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of year-end(s) financial reporting and statutory audits for the Jewel Group of entities.
  • Act as advisor on technical accounting matters, providing recommendations and solutions for complex accounting issues. Co-ordinate with auditors, business stakeholders and to address audit findings and reporting matters.


Tax Compliance & Advisory

  • Liaise with tax agents on corporate tax preparation and tax queries.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of statutory tax filings, including:

i) Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns

ii) Withholding Tax (WHT) filings

iii) Corporate income tax returns

  • Ensure accounting records and tax classifications are aligned for accurate current and deferred tax reporting.



Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years' experience acquired across both Big Four public accounting firms and in-house finance functions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team management skills, with the ability to develop team members and work effectively with stakeholders across different divisions and varying levels of experience.
  • Extensive experience in finance operations, financial reporting, fixed assets, and tax management, preferably within an asset-intensive or infrastructure-related industry.

As the Manager for M&E, you will be part of the Mechanical, Electrical, Safety & Attractions (“MESA”) team that manages Jewel’s mechanical, electrical and attractions systems, as well as the overall fire safety and workplace safety & health. As a core member of MESA, you will:


  • Oversee the:

i) M&E systems, including ACMV, Electrical & ELV Installations, Fire and Smoke Control Systems, and/or other assigned M&E services

ii) Attractions systems, including Rain Vortex and Canopy Park, and/or other assigned Attraction services

iii) Fire Safety and Workplace Safety & Health


  • Review technical drawings, calculations and fit-out submissions from tenants and contractors to ensure compliance with building guidelines
  • Monitor building energy consumption, perform technical calculations to analyse utility usage and propose cost savings initiatives
  • Manage the Green Mark recertification, including the appointment and management of consultants to ensure building retains or improves its current rating
  • Manage the smart facilities and innovations such as the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), automate workflows and drive predictive maintenance data
  • Be responsible for M&E and Attractions maintenance budgeting (OPEX & CAPEX), expenditure and cost control
  • Seek continual improvement including but not limited to enhanced process/procedure formulation, recommendation for upgrading, life-cycle cost analysis, preparation of technical reports, tender specifications, procurement and necessary approvals, etc
  • Manage related service providers/vendors, which includes administering the corresponding contracts, reviewing their performance, and ensuring services delivered to & exceed expectations
  • Ensure all activities comply with approved work processes & instructions, safety procedures, quality controls and statutory Codes of Practice, among others
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities for annual (re)certifications, licenses to operate, submission of regulatory documents, etc
  • Grow and deepen the in-house technical expertise
  • Manage and support multiple stakeholders, including internal counterparts from leasing, marketing, attractions & mall operations, as well as external service providers & tenants
  • Act as the designated Ride Manager for the operating permit holder of the Walking Net Attraction


Requirements

  • More than 8 years of relevant experience in engineering maintenance in a large retail, attractions, or mixed-use environment, of which at least 3 years are in the capacity of a manager, leading a technical team.
  • A people manager who is self-motivated, driven, analytical and a good team player, with proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment and perform under tight timeline.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
