Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive, Enterprise & Ecosystem (Customer Service)


About the Role


Join a dynamic team of officers that helps the IPOS Group understand and engage its customers and stakeholders in a timely and pro-active manner. The Enterprise & Ecosystem Department (E&E) does this through various platforms, programmes, and activities for the innovation community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the service delivery team which plans, promotes, and executes quality service delivery to enhance customer experience at IPOS Group;
  • Review customer service processes to ensure they meet evolving needs;
  • Work with stakeholders, use technology for resolutions and implement initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and administer enterprise assistance programmes;
  • Support engagement efforts with our key business stakeholders in areas including marketing programmes aimed at helping enterprises identify, protect, and use intangible assets to grow; and
  • Support any ad-hoc department and/or cross-department initiatives or projects.

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in formulating and implementing programmes, preferably, but not necessarily, in the areas of innovation or intellectual property;
  • Service-oriented and adept at dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders;
  • A strong team player;
  • Strong communication and listening skills;
  • A structured and analytical mind with good problem identification and solving abilities;
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy; and
  • A keen interest in technologies for enhancing business operational efficiency and user experience.

Job Title: HR Business Partner


About the Role


We are seeking a strategic and hands-on individual to join our HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives across Recruitment and Employer Branding, Compensation and Performance Management, Talent and Leadership Development, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement. This role requires close collaboration with department heads, HR colleagues and senior management to strengthen organisation capabilities, build a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment between people strategies and business priorities.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring and build strong, forward-looking talent pipelines that meet evolving organisational needs.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to strengthen the organisation’s positioning as an employer of choice.
  • Lead the performance management cycle, including appraisal and ranking exercises, to ensure a fair, consistent, and effective process that supports performance differentiation and employee development.
  • Lead the talent management and leadership development initiatives, in collaboration with IPOS Group, to build a healthy talent pipeline and strengthen organisational capability.
  • Collaborate with IPOS Group to develop and deliver training programmes, competency frameworks, and capability-building initiatives to build future-ready capabilities across the organisation.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and partner departments on follow-up actions to strengthen workplace culture, employee experience, and engagement levels.
  • Support the IPOS Group in compensation review exercises to ensure market competitiveness, and alignment with organisational policies.

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and fast thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, departments, and senior management.
  • Prior experience in the public sector and in aligning subsidiary HR practices with parent company are preferred but not mandatory.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and relationship-driven Partner Engagement Assistant Director to lead partnership development and ecosystem engagement efforts. You will play a pivotal role in driving IP Grow’s growth, strengthening industry alliances, and advancing our regional and international engagement agenda.


In this role, you will cultivate and manage high-value relationships with enterprises, service providers, industry associations, and ecosystem partners—locally and overseas. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, and able to translate partnerships into meaningful, measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Partner Development

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies for IP Grow, aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners across industries, professional services, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Structure, negotiate, and implement collaboration models that deliver mutual value and measurable impact.


Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to drive overseas demand, cross-border collaborations, and new market entry.
  • Represent the organisation at industry engagements, business missions, and high-level external meetings.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership and collaboration opportunities.


Programme & Platform Growth

  • Drive partner participation in IP Grow and other key organisational initiatives.
  • Monitor and track partner engagement performance and outcomes against KPIs.
  • Gather market intelligence and stakeholder insights to refine value propositions and enhance programme design.


Stakeholder Management & Others

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership objectives, deliverables, and execution.

In this role, you will lead efforts to understand current and emerging IP skills needs through rigorous labour market analysis, industry intelligence, and international benchmarking. You will also drive national and regional adoption of the Technical Reference for IA/IP Management, building strong partnerships with industry associations, enterprises, service providers, and regional agencies. In addition, you will spearhead strategies to grow certification pathways and ensure it remains industry‑validated, market‑relevant, and responsive to professional development needs.


This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, a deep interest in workforce and capability development, and the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders to shape a coherent and future‑oriented IP skills ecosystem.


Job Responsibilities


Skills Intelligence & Capability Needs Analysis

  • Analyse current, emerging, and in demand IP skills using labour market intelligence, industry data, business trends, and international benchmarking.
  • Identify IP manpower trends, skills gaps, and capability development priorities across sectors.
  • Produce insights to inform strategic capability building and guide programme planning.


Translate Skills and Capability Needs into Programmes

  • Convert validated skills and capability needs into concrete programme offerings, including new courses, structured learning pathways, and certification routes.
  • Work with curriculum designers, practitioners, and training partners to ensure programmes are aligned with workforce needs and support enterprise innovation.
  • Ensure programmes are practical, industry validated, and relevant for professionals across different stages of IP practice.


Drive National and Regional Adoption of the Technical Reference for IA/IP Management

  • Lead strategy and implementation plans to increase local and regional adoption of the Technical Reference for IA/IP Management.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with local industry associations, enterprises, service providers, and regional agencies to champion its use.
  • Work with partners to embed the Technical Reference into organisational talent development and capability building processes.


Grow Certification Pathways

  • Conceptualise and execute outreach strategies, locally and across the region, to increase uptake of IP related certification offerings.
  • Develop targeted engagement plans to drive demand among professionals and employers, demonstrating the value.
  • Establish feedback and evaluation mechanisms to ensure continuous refinement and sustained market relevance.

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in skills research, labour market analysis, workforce planning, capability development, or related fields. Candidates with no relevant experience but have been involved in relevant projects or short stints in similar areas / functions can apply.
  • Experience in IP-related research, innovation ecosystems will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex insights into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations.
  • Experience in translating skills or capability needs into programmes and frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with industry, government, and training partners.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, able to front projects independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
