Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and achieve sales targets across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Develop relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, data center owners, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project closure.
  • Promote the company's data center infrastructure and thermal management solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customer solutions and support project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years (Manager) / 12+ years (Director) of sales experience in data center, HVAC, cooling, critical infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management.
  • Good understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies, including liquid cooling, precision cooling, or HVAC solutions.
  • Existing relationships with data center operators and ecosystem partners are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, finance operations, and process improvement initiatives across multiple entities. This role offers significant exposure to a complex business environment and the opportunity to drive meaningful transformation within the finance function.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned business segments.

• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, financial statements, and analysis.

• Support group consolidation processes across multiple legal entities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.


Finance Operations

• Oversee Accounts Receivable processes and drive improvements in collection efficiency and controls.

• Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of financial records.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and operational finance activities.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.


ERP & Finance Transformation

• Lead the migration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 from the existing ERP platform.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Drive finance process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support change management efforts and user adoption throughout the transformation journey.


Team Leadership

• Provide guidance and support to finance team members.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure business continuity during periods of change and system implementation.


Key Success Factors

Within the first 3–6 months, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Re-establish momentum and ownership of the ERP transformation programme.

• Ensure a smooth transition and continuity of finance operations during system implementation.

• Successfully assume finance responsibilities for assigned business segments within a lean finance structure.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.


Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

• Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, ideally within a Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager or Senior Finance Executive capacity.

• Experience managing financial reporting, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidations.

• Exposure to complex business structures and multiple operating entities is advantageous.


Technical Skills

• Hands-on ERP implementation or migration experience, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and finance operations.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with Power BI or finance transformation projects will be highly regarded.

You will own assigned process equipment end-to-end in a high-volume semiconductor fab, with direct accountability for uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role suits an engineer who goes beyond reactive maintenance and drives structured problem-solving at the source.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary equipment owner for assigned tools, with accountability for OEE, MTBF, and MTTR targets
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities in line with OEM recommendations and fab strategy
  • Perform complex troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and software subsystems
  • Lead root cause analysis for chronic and high-impact issues using structured methods including 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why
  • Analyse FDC data, SPC charts, tool logs, and metrology data to correlate equipment conditions with process performance
  • Work with process engineering to support qualifications, chamber swaps, hardware changes, and recipe releases
  • Identify and implement improvement projects targeting uptime, parts lifetime extension, and operating cost reduction
  • Provide technical coaching to junior engineers and equipment technicians


Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in a semiconductor fab
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following process modules: Thin Film Deposition (PVD/CVD) or Etch
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting depth across vacuum, RF, gas delivery, or temperature control systems
  • Working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, and 8D methodologies applied in a production environment

Our client is a US-headquartered public listed MNC in the Industrial sector.

They are searching for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to oversee all C&B matters in APAC. This includes accountability over the design, development, implementation and management of market competitive compensation and benefits solutions for the region.

Based in the APAC HQ in Singapore, the position has a direct reporting to the Director, Global Compensation based in the US and a matrix reporting to the APAC HR Head in Singapore.


Major Responsibilities

  • Provide compensation and benefits support for APAC 11 countries
  • Provide day-to-day compensation and benefit support and advice to regional HR teams in the implementation, communication and administration of all compensation and benefit programs. This includes base pay structures, position levelling, incentive plans, company car policies, medical/life/accident insurance, pension schemes, and other ad-hoc incentive plans at regional, country or plant level
  • Partner with HR Managers and HR Business Partners within the APAC region to ensure timely review of all current compensation and benefit programs within the region, including benefit renewals
  • As part of the budget planning process, lead the identification of options to ensure market competitiveness and make cost effective recommendations to senior regional leadership on pay structures, incentive plans, compensation policies, medical/life/accident insurance, pension schemes, and other ad-hoc incentive plans
  • Support regional HR and business leadership team in developing and implementing impactful compensation and benefit solutions to address changing market, legislative and/or collective bargaining environments
  • Analyze regional compensation and benefit programs to ensure alignment with company's philosophy, market competitiveness, internal equity and applicable legislation
  • Partner with global compensation and benefit team members, regional HR teams and regional Leadership teams in the preparation, delivery and administration of global and regional compensation programs like incentive plans, compensation policies, insurances, pension schemes, etc.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in confirmation and tracking of costing relating to applicable compensation and benefit programs
  • Provide compensation and benefits expertise and support on special C&B projects.


Major Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area (master’s degree is preferred).
  • 8 to 10 years professional experience, including minimum 5 years of compensation & benefits experience in a multi-country environment in Asia Pacific
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – demonstrated ability to use complex analysis to drive insights and decision making
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of regional factors influencing effective and cost-effective compensation and benefits solutions within the APAC region
  • Experience with HRIS systems and working knowledge of Compensation Planning tools. Specific experience in Oracle or SAP is a plus
  • Fluency in English; other language(s) within APAC region, are considered an asset.
